Yes, we can offer customized round-trip private transportation service, for more information, please contact us.

In case of unseaworthy sea conditions and port closure. You are subject to a full refund or reschedule your reservation, in case of not being able to reschedule the reservation, you will be offered a refund plus a 10% discount for your next tour.

You can bring food and drinks at no additional cost.

Cancellations will be subject to a 5% surcharge to cover bank transaction costs.

– A full refund is offered for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival.
– 72 hours prior to arrival: 50% refund.

– Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival or no-shows on the day of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
